Cancellation Policy

Please realize that the Boiling Bathrooms steaming service requires advanced coordination of schedules for the “Steam Team Dream Team.” We always do our best to accommodate our schedules for your convenience, but we do request 48-hours advanced cancellation of any scheduled appointments. If possible, we also prefer to adhere to a “same time – same place” policy as much as we are able, with “Daily Deluge” and “Weekly Wonderment” clientele receiving preferential scheduling, respectively. For example, if Fridays at 10:30am are the best time for you each week, then Fridays at 10:30am is YOUR time block and we will be there like clockwork each week. • Pricing schedule is for pre-paid cleaning contracts for “Monthly Miracle” maintenance. • A 5% discount is offered for pre-paid and scheduled “Weekly Wonderment” clients. • A 15% discount is offered for pre-paid and scheduled “Daily Deluge” clients. • Single-Steaming Sessions incur an additional surcharge of 25% per visit.
